Our owner and master chef, Wubanchi Alemu, first discovered her culinary passion at a very young age. She grew up watching her mother making organic homemade meals in her homeland of Ethiopia. As a young adult migrating to the United States, Wubanchi would end up leaning on those childhood experiences derived from her mother’s cooking expertise.
Her philosophy for life is that “food feeds the soul and serves as the single greatest unifier for people from all walks of life.”
We offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and meat options that are sourced locally, while our spices & seasonings are imported directly from Ethiopia.
